π¦ Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some (not all) of our items ship directly from our trusted brand partners and suppliers to ensure you receive the freshest products and the widest selection available online. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple shipments β especially if it includes items from different collections or brands.
Youβll receive tracking information for each package, and rest assured, everything is on its way to you! :)
π How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are hand-packed with care and typically ship within 3β4 business days. Youβll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
π¦ Do you offer free shipping?
Bee Well Spa clients receive free shipping as a thank-you. Youβll get your personal promo code by email.
π‘ Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Local pickup is available for Bee Well Spa clients only. Please email me before placing your order so I can prepare your items for pickup at your next appointment.
π Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout if youβd like to include a handwritten message or have your order wrapped in cozy packaging.
π What is your return policy?
I accept returns within 14 days of purchase for most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note:
*** Skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact me within 7 days so I can help resolve it.
